As I said in the previous email update, we were tracking the developments of the Corona Virus. As the whole world has now seen, it escalated exponentially and it has become clear that we need to adjust our plan for holding Muster 010 in Orlando on May 7-8. I apologize for any inconvenience this might cause, but the health and safety of our attendees, our country, and the world is paramount. So, we have decided to cancel MUSTER 010 originally scheduled for May 7-8, 2020 and replace it with Muster 013 NEXT YEAR, in Orlando, May 25-26, 2021. At this time, we still anticipate executing Muster 011 in Phoenix, Arizona, September 16-17, and Muster 012 in Dallas, Texas, December 3-4 as scheduled.
We have prepared options (listed below) to maintain your registration from the canceled Muster 010, which will shift to the new Muster 013, Orlando May 25-26, 2021 dates, reschedule to another Muster event, or refund your Muster ticket.
These are uncertain times. There is fear, confusion, and uncertainty. There are things that we cannot control. But we absolutely control how we respond: Cover and move. Simple. Prioritize and Execute. Decentralized Command. We do not panic. We do not blame. We find solutions and move forward. WE LEAD.

- MUSTER 011 – Phoenix, AZ – September 16-17, 2020
- MUSTER 012 – Dallas, TX – December 3-4, 2020
- 2021 MUSTER – Registration will be held until 2021 dates and locations have been announced
- Undetermined – We can hold your registration through July 15, 2020
REFUND – 3% Transaction Fee
- Refunds but be requested by April 15, 2020
- Transaction Fee: All refunds are subject to a 3% transaction fee
