TESTIMONIAL MEDIA RELEASE

By submitting my testimonial (written, audio, or video), I agree to the following: 

1. Use of Testimonial 
   I grant Echelon Front the right to use, reproduce, edit, display, publish, and distribute my testimonial (written, audio, or video) in whole or in part. This includes use on websites, social media, marketing materials, presentations, and other promotional platforms. 
2. Ownership & Rights 
   I understand that I will not receive compensation for the use of my testimonial. I confirm that my testimonial is my original work and does not infringe on the rights of any third party. 
3. Consent to Identify Me (Optional) 
   I give permission for my name, likeness, and/or organization to be used in connection with my testimonial. If I prefer to remain anonymous, I will indicate that below. 
4. Duration of Use 
   I grant Echelon Front permission to use my testimonial indefinitely, unless I notify them in writing to revoke consent. 
5. Release of Liability 
   I release Echelon Front, its employees, and affiliates from any liability related to the use of my testimonial.
