Dealing with Recruitment Problems
October 24th at 1 PM CT with Leif Babin and Jocko Willink
Alongside the retention issues so many businesses are struggling with, there are also recruitment problems hurting businesses at all levels. In this live session, Jocko and Leif will discuss some of the reasons behind staffing shortages, how to recruit employees, where to recruit, and the leadership Human Resources can implement to deal with these problems and recruit great employees.

How to Prevent Burnout
October 31st at 1 PM CT with Jocko Willink and Steve Ward
With terms like “quiet quitting” becoming a staple of business today, the final live session of the month will dive into the basics of what is burnout, how to deal with it and recover from it, and how to tell if you or your team are burned out, along with the leadership principles to combat the problem at its source.
