Battlefield

Battlefield review is the ultimate leadership experience designed to highlight leadership lessons of success and failure on sacred ground where the stakes were the highest. Level up your understanding of strategic and tactical leadership by walking where military leaders lead and won or didn't and failed.

Council

Council is a two-day intimate leadership experience – limited to 28 participants – set deep in the mountains of Washington state. Jocko Willink, Leif Babin, Jason Gardner, Steve Ward, and other members of the EF Instructor cadre create in-depth conversations sharing lessons learned through leadership.
