SERVICES
We offer a variety of services at Echelon Front that allow the organizations we work with to have the ability to sustain a culture of Extreme Ownership on their own. We always enjoy putting on workshops, experiential training, conferences, and virtual sessions to help our clients introduce and deep dive into these concepts, but we don’t want these events and training sessions to be the only time that companies train on these principles. Repetition is the key to learning and companies will always have new employees to train, so the need for continual training will always exist. By utilizing the services listed below, your team can consistently sharpen their leadership skills.
The Extreme Ownership Academy is our online leadership training program that allows you to train leadership consistently, turning the leadership principles of Extreme Ownership into practical skills that you can use in every capacity to solve problems and drive results.

- The Women's Assembly
At this two-day premier leadership conference, The Muster teaches pragmatic leadership, strategies, and tactics to all levels of leadership in every field.

- COVER AND MOVE
- SIMPLE
- PRIORITIZE AND EXECUTE
- DECENTRALIZED COMMAND
FTX attendees experience direct engagement with EF Instructors throughout the day of training. Detailed debriefs after each training
mission helps attendees directly connect to challenges they commonly face professionally and personally.

One and two-day historical staff rides used to teach past lessons to current leaders in a small group setting.
The military has long utilized battlefield reviews, commonly called ‘Staff Rides,’ to develop their leaders. Staff rides are a unique method of conveying the lesson of the past to present-day leaders, both military and private sector, for the current application. Offering customized tours at various historical battlefields, participants walk through key successive battlefield locations (known as “stands”) where they receive an overview of the historical situation from a subject matter expert. The EF Team will then facilitate a discussion regarding the leadership theme related to current business challenges and implement practical application exercises to help participants understand how to implement the leadership principles on their own battlefield.
LIMITED TO 40-45 ATTENDEES
TWO-DAY, INTIMATE LEADERSHIP EXPERIENCE The Council is set deep in the mountains of Washington state. Jocko Willink, Leif Babin, Jason Gardner, Steve Ward, and other members of the EF Instructor cadre create in-depth conversations sharing lessons learned through leadership. This unique event allows leaders to truly DETACH and reflect on leadership challenges and get some of their most pressing questions and issues answered. This event includes daily leadership roundtable discussions, fireside conversations each night, and various activities, including horseback riding, hiking, shooting (weather dependent), and more. Participants spend time with the EF Instructors in both a group and individual capacity.
LIMITED TO 24 PARTICIPANTS
