Jason Gardner is a retired U.S. Navy SEAL and combat leader, now serving as a leadership instructor with Echelon Front. With three decades of experience in the SEAL teams, Jason has participated in combat operations in Somalia, Iraq, and Afghanistan. As the Command Master Chief of SEAL Team Five and Training Detachment, he effectively implemented the leadership principles taught by Echelon Front, witnessing their success in real-time.
Jason's distinguished military career has earned him the Silver Star, two Bronze Stars, a Purple Heart, and numerous other accolades. Following his retirement from the U.S. Navy, he leverages his extensive experience in dynamic situations, team building, and organizational development. As a leadership instructor and strategic advisor with Echelon Front, Jason has guided hundreds of companies in applying these principles to achieve success in both business and life.
Currently, Jason resides in a remote area of Northeastern Washington with his wife and two children. When not assisting companies in their pursuit of excellence, he enjoys working on his homestead, planting trees, and spending time in nature.
