Instructor

Sean Glass is a former U.S. Navy SEAL officer, business owner, and leadership instructor with Echelon Front. He spent 13 years in the SEAL Teams with three combat deployments, leading multiple SEAL platoons in Iraq against Islamic State forces and later overseeing leadership training for all West Coast SEAL Teams. Today, as a business owner of Primal Beef, Sean applies the same leadership principles to build accountable teams, strengthen culture, and help leaders perform under pressure in the private sector.
